Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and has no trial period; it stays free.
What are Fumu credits?
The unit Fumu Assistant and Fumu Studio use: each question you ask and each Studio world you build uses some. Your plan's credits renew every month, and you can top up from the account page. When they run out, Fumu pauses until they renew or you top up.
What does yearly billing change?
A yearly plan costs about a quarter less than twelve months, runs for twelve calendar months and still gives you its Fumu credits every month.
How is a course priced?
By its creator or organisation. Some courses are free; paid ones have a one-time price. Course prices are separate from the subscription.
What is Tarkev's fee on sales?
Learner plans publish free courses but don't sell. On organisation plans, when you sell a course, a digital product or a paid mentoring or consulting session, Tarkev keeps a share that depends on your plan and on who brought the sale: 7.5% on sales you bring and 15% on sales Tarkev brings on Starter and 5% on sales you bring and 10% on sales Tarkev brings on Growth. A sale is yours when it starts from your link page, coupon, embed or referral link; any other sale counts as Tarkev's. What you earn is paid out to your bank account every week.
What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited learners, products, link pages and storage have no fixed cap, and our fair use policy applies: they are for your own courses, products, sessions and pages on Tarkev, at the scale of a real creator business. If an account uses far more than that, for example storing files that aren't part of its courses or products, we may get in touch to agree a plan that fits.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Paid plans don't charge your card on their own: each billing period, monthly or yearly, we email an invoice, and you choose whether to pay it. To stop a paid plan, switch to Free on the billing page in your account; the change takes effect straight away, and the time left on a yearly plan isn't refunded.
Do prices include VAT?
